RIP to a good friend Gary Richards @cirocnation
U.S. Park Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Brooks says the victim, identified as 38-year-old Gary Richards, was getting out of a car to switch drivers on the northbound ramp of Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
The driver of the car that hit the pedestrian stayed on the scene.
Richards a well-known figure in the D.C. nightlife and club scene, was the local representative for Ciroc, the liquor brand run by rapper Sean "P. Diddy" Combs.

Yes this is really tragic and so unfair. Great friend, great husband, great father.. it's nothing you can say bad about him. I'm praying for his wife. They have been together for so long and I know she is hurting bad.. we all are.
One thing I can say is that he lived his life to the fullest everyday... and in his 38 years he made a great impact on people lives.

I only met him once. But i could tell he is an awesome person.

I know I'm devastated..last time we partied was in Vegas at the Mayweather fight. I talked to him last week he was doing it up in the Bahamas. Great guy... will be missed.
