It's a way that you can enjoy a short hair cut style without the commitment of cutting your natural hair. They glue paper over your molded hair, then glue the hair onto the paper. They then taper the hair to look like a short cut, like toni braxton (old school) or halle berry. The one drawback for me is that the is no "part" in the hair that shows scalp, so it can look like a helmet. You've never seen this style?

Ok, now I know what your talking about.  I've only heard it called a quick weave or it's a short Tony Braxton hair cut I've heard it called a 27 layer! LOL

i can top that. they hired this new chick up here and she rocked some long kool-aid red weave like rashida ali off love and hip hop ny. her ass was gone the next week. lol
