I wouldn't deny but I wouldn't say anything either. I would say :" I value your support very much, I hope rumors won't affect our friendship" If he keeps pressing the issue, you can say you are single and keep your options open until you find someone who will be the right one. He really shouldn't be asking you things like that. As far a his support don't worry, he already invested in you and won't stop until he gets what he wants or until he finds someone or you will find someone. I had bunch of so-called "friends" fall off when they learned about my engagement lol.

Yea,but it happened so long ago so to me its was irrelevant....But I did recently go out on a date with a guy and I told him about it beforehand and he was like whatever have fun, so maybe he only cares if I have sex with them...You guys will be proud to know the guy i went on the date with is a single male never married no kids.I dont know if I have gotten so use to dealing with players that its so easy for me to pass a good guy up.He is sincerely a true gentlemen to the fullest but physically he is not my type but at the same time it is refreshing to go out with someone who is readily available...
