Tone the problem exists but NOT AS BAD AS YOU THINK... IF WE WERE LOVING HOODRATS SO MANY OF US WOULD NOT BE SINGLE if we settled for anything. Preach to the proper audience THIS AIN'T IT.

We are always worried about what others think, looking thirsty, looking like a hoe...etc. These White women don't care. After being in this environment with them, I am turning into a pirana!

lmao @ you not feeling guilty because she white.  @ SB, he may not be a "baller" now, but sometimes you have to catch them on the come on, you can't always catch them when they're already @ the top.  I do think he playing and may have already hit that.  No dude is going to straight up ignore you for no reason at all, after going out and things for over a month.  Ummmm, would I do it???? If I did decide to do it, I wouldn't do it right now....I would wait a lil while.

Not always true. I can't tell you how many white women I have seen walking around the mall with Pookie. He looking crazy with his pants sagging, tats on his neck, and in need of a hair cut and she looking around gritting on chicks cause she think they want her man. Puuuleez!

Most black men with money marry and want to be with black women.

It just seems too messy for me and am pretty sure he already hit it. I don't know your dynamics at work but you never know if someone can hold something against you down the  line. People get passed up for projects/promotions over ish like this.

My issue with the whole situation is that you seem to be doing this out of character("Now, usually I would be above taking someone else's love interest. However, I don't feel guilty because she is White") because of her race. Do you really like him? Is he really worth the trouble? Dating at work can be messy.
