She was just signed as manager of a pretty high profile client, so I figured I would share.
This established White female music execs is not only rich but, very powerful. She is known to force her A-list clients into sex if they want to go on tour or be added to a tour. Thus, men sleep with her in hopes of getting on tours with large acts such as Jay-Z or Nicki Minaj (no, these people don't pick their tour mates; their label or their bookers do). I've heard several industry men bash this woman because she will not add you to a tour if you are not willing to "pay the price". Some people flat out refuse to sleep with her or appease her ferocious appetite for famous Black men; ask Lil Wayne.
These White women in the music industry eat Black guys for breakfast; literally and figuratively speaking. They fund their lifestyles and then lure them into sexual relationships; ask Kate Rothschild.

You read the story wrong. That's not black mail. The men in the industry, essentially, sleep with her for what we would equate to as a "promotion". It would be like you f****** your boss for a better paying position. They sleep with her to get on larger tours that yield more exposure and more money. However, you know what happens when you stop f****** your boss right? S*** gets ugly...quick. She has the power to make sure you don't tour with any big name artist ever again if she wishes. That's why people don't want to sleep with her. Not because of bad sex or disease. Trust me, YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE THIS WOMAN MAD. No one wants to sleep with her because she catches feelings and the backlash could cause you your career.
