I actually cosign with her. She kept it real, how do you think anybody makes it w a rapper, singer,actor, athlete in a long term relationship. We all know niggas are sloppy as hell and you can only feign ignorance but for so long. Honestly I believe you can't expect a man to stay 100% faithful not today and especially not a man with $$$. So unless yall wanna deal with Joe the janitor who may very well still cheat you gotta be real w yourself and your man.

Okay, I've gathered my thoughts.

I'm speaking SOLELY for myself! The excerpt supplied by Diamond is what I'll say about the ninja I'm phucking or kicking it with; he's not 100% my 'man' but he's trying to be, but we're not exclusive yet. We're both free agants with the option to sign.

Now if you're my main man 100% exclusive, fiance', or husband that shit isn't going to fly. I'm not so pressed for a man that I will allow him to cheat as long as his hoes know to scatter like roaches when I walk in the room...HELL TO THE NAW!!
I don't see how she can get, "he respects me" out of that. I've learned that a nigga will only do to you what you allow, so when you turn your cheek to his cheating, you're telling him its okay to keep side hoes. She's the type of chick that lives by that Betty Wright line "Having a piece of man is better than no man at all."

True! A lot of females operate like this, but I ain't the one! After a while all the money and gifts won't cover up the fact that you look and feel like a damn fool cause every bitch in town is fucking your man and you know about it. I don't care what a chick says or how real she wants to keep it that's some hurtful and humbling shit to find out that your man is cheating on you and you'd be a damn fool to accept it over and over. There's no way you can convince yourself that someone who care about you would treat you like that. That bitch got self esteem issues!!She thinks it's okay because she said she'll have a side ninja too. But then I'll have to ask, if they're both going to be keeping people on the side then 'Why even be together?' I can guarantee if he ever found out about her side dude he'd leave no questions asked. She could have turned a blind eye to his cheating 20 times, but if she gets caught once he's gone. Nowadays, ninjas run their mouth like bitches, and will put your business out quick. That's all :-)

Seriously? With a relationship like that no wonder they aren't married. There's no point with a relationship like that. So I guess cheating is just a word in the dictionary to her. If they have that type of relationship then they should just call it open because it's one thing to know someone is cheating and just chose to ignore it because your #1 then another thing to have a mutual understanding saying it's ok just as long as I'm #1

IMO, having this mentality keeps you from being blind sided by surprises.

It's her own defense mechanism. She's very aware and being somewhat selfless (in the true sense of the word), might I add.

To most, this would read as though she's stupid and as if she's putting him before herself but in actuality, she's more concerned with herself than with him.

She's accepted the possibility that at some point her man could cheat and because she's accepted it, if it does happen, it's no skin off her ass.


This works for her..not for everyone.

If that's what works... She isn't the only one that thinks like this... This is how alot of couples stay together. They do what works... It may sound dumb to most because of how she worded it, but it makes perfect sense to me. Everyone isn't built for this. Mr.Purple sure has changed my point of view... If Scrappy has that umph about him were he makes her feel like she is #1 then hey,that's what it is.

as one of a few str8 males on this board i can assure you that most of the guys you ladies would typically swoon after have a hard time staying true to one woman. if you think for a minute your dude is being faithful i have some beach front property in montana i think you might be interested in. if you have't caught him it is because he respects you enough to keep everything underwraps. if you have caught him either 1) you been snooping 2) he doesn't respect the relationship all that much anyway
