Bossip has learned that Buffalo Bills wide receiver Terrell Owens has been spotted around town with Maybelline model Jessica White. The two have been seen in Upstate New York together and the model also makes an appearance in TO’s new reality show trailer. While friends close to Jessica claim the two are definitely dating, TO’s camp has yet to confirm.
