Top Basketball Propect Tony Farmer Gets Three Years - Collapses In Court
An Ohio high school basketball star collapsed in court Tuesday after receiving a three-year prison sentence. You can hear 18-year-old Tony Farmer question his lawyer in disbelief as the judge read the verdict, which sounded like he would spend several years in prison. Then, his knees buckled and he collapsed. He remained on the ground briefly before being pulled to his feet by a sheriff's deputy. Farmer is accused of kidnapping, assaulting and threatening his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Lane, last April. Farmer, who is 6'7", was ranked among the top 100 high school players in the country and was being recruited by several major colleges.

His girlfriend Andrea tearfully testified that even though she wanted nothing to do with him that he shouldn't go to jail. A surveillance camera caught that ass whuppin she received.
Has anyone seen the surveillance footage of the ass whuppin? Has anyone been following this case?

i need to see the surveillance. i agree it is sad, but i think the punishment was necessary. as a star athlete, he would get used to special treatment-- and assault and kidnapping just shouldnt be taking lightly

kidnapping...ehh think it was a stretch by the state to throw anything at the young man. However, it wasn't the first time he hit her, nor their first domestic. Sucks for both parts bc both their lives are ruined and they can barely buy squares yet.

like 3 yrs down state is something to sneeze at tho lol. But his mom had every right to yell outlike that..Her son just f***** his entire life up. Now he has to start over...unless he keeps his skills and plays d2 or d3 ball when he gets out..that doesnt have any age restrictions.
