Although I hate to see young black men and women being sent to prison- he needs some sort of wake up call.  The fact that he threatened her more after the assault is appalling.  He's not above the law because he can play ball...

You should save these comments for situations where the judge is actually f**king over a young black man; otherwise, it's like crying wolf.

we as young blk men need to stop putting ourselves in these situations to where they are able to do things like this.

at the same time, what has dude been going through at 18 f****** y/o to be a woman beater already....... smh he looked like he had some game on da court as well..... #sad

I cringe almost every time I hear black people say this in situations where it's not deserved, like black men don't know that "selling drugs, shooting, and beating women" is illegal and will get your black ass sent to jail. 

She saw him and tried to run, the cowered in a corner after he beat her and they were more concerned about his career, that he probably would have f***** over later, b/c he's use to getting out of s*** b/c he can bounce/shoot/pass a ball.

Did  you   see   the  Black  female  Baliff    come  to  help  him up?   She  was  probably  like , "  man   your  are  embarrassing    yourself"   and    did  you  hear    the  lawyer   ( looking  at    him on the  ground   )  saying  "  it  not  as  bad  as  you  think."

 

Then  the  judge    said  "  im not  done yet  "

 

I  cant  believe  he  was  looking  so  shocked  .  I  wonder  if  that  shocked  look  was  on his  face  when  he  was  beating    her  ass.

He's lucky the judge didn't give him 10-20 years he beat that girl like she was a grown ass man he deserved those years

I feel no remorse for the young man. He beat that girl like man now take the consequences like one. Put ya big boy draws on and man up. Get up off the floor and take that s*** on the chin!
