The rape crisis center is the best place to go.  They specialize in helping victims cope with sexual assault.  they have therapist, support groups, and a 24 hotline.  No matter what time of day you need them, they're always available.

***UPDATE*** So I went to the doc he said I'm definitely suffering from PTSD. He suggested I go to a group therapy or rape victims and talk about it A LOT. My coping mechanism is basically don't think about it don't talk about it nothing. So honestly after two years monday was the first time I talked explicitly in detail about the rape what happened how I knew how I felt. *sigh* I'm trying not to be a victim and to be a survivor but it's easier said than done
