How do you guys get over traumatic incidents boyfriends or anything of the sort. How do you know when you're REALLY over it. I just had a mini break down over something that happened two years ago. Its not about a boy but rather a huge lawsuit and a rape. I thought I was over it because I could talk about it to people an I wasn't thinking about it ad all that. But I just realized I'm no better now than I was two years ago. I just cried so much I felt like committing suicide. I won't. Hope I don't scare no one. But that's my mind set ad that's what it was two years ago. And idl how to handle this. I'm going to a doc I'm taking Prozac I feel maybe I need an outpatient recovery center like celebrity rehab but for depression and anxiety an rape victims

The rape crisis center is the best place to go. They specialize in helping victims cope with sexual assault. they have therapist, support groups, and a 24 hotline. No matter what time of day you need them, they're always available.
