According to the Chicago Tribune , Sioh is putting Gabby on blast sayin she seduced Dwyane and acted as his mistress in front of their two sons:
The estranged wife of Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade filed a lawsuit today on behalf of their two sons against a Chicago attorney who she says failed to act in the best interest in their children during the couple's divorce.
Another lawsuit Siohvaughn Wade filed today on behalf of her 8-year-old and 2-year-old sons seeks damages against film actress Gabrielle Union on the grounds that she broke up the marriage.
In the first lawsuit, Siohvaughn Wade says lawyer Lester Barclay of the Dixon & Smith firm was appointed to advocate for the children during the divorce. Barclay ignored reports of abuse or neglect on the part of Dwyane Wade, the 2006 NBA Finals MVP and five-time All-Star, the lawsuit says.
The lawsuit against Union -- who has starred in the films "Bring It On," "Deliver Us from Eva," and "Bad Boys II" -- says Union "apparently decided to take her role" of seductress "beyond the films and into the home of a married man ... in the presence of his two minor children."
The complaints were filed after Dwyane Wade recently asked a Miami court to grant him sole custody of the boys, adding to an already venomous and drawn-out divorce proceeding between Wade and his estranged wife.

For those of you having a hard time grasping why she is sueing, it all boils down to the CUSTODY Battle!
All of this s*** with the kids went down during the Thanksgiving holidays,which she could've said something then,but chose not to, till he came at her with the bitchassness trying to take her kids. Knowing damn well he and scabby don't want those kids full time!
S*** that's the reason he's getting divorced,cause it involves responsibilty!
This is also an opportunity to give out more details on how reckless both Scabs and Wade both are!
He could've just gave her half and been done!

if you are hired by ummm, lets say Verizon to work in their sales department you sign a non-compete clause meaning you can not legally work for ANY other company that competes with verizon. if you knowingly do so, you are in VIOLATION... If AT&T hires you KNOWING you are still under that contract they are in VIOLATION, so now Verizon has the LEGAL right to sue BOTH of you...
Like I said before Sio IS definitely suing Wade, but now she is suing Gabby too... If Gabby didn't want her reputation ruined (lol) she should've considered her actions... instead she KNOWINGLY f***** another womans husband and carried on an adulterous affair IN THE WOMANS FACE, until Sio got tired of the s*** & left his ass!!
I have no idea why there is a pitty party for her... Then the heffa goes on National Television & discusses the relationship as if she is dating a single man... She is NOT... You are not talking about two people that hooked up AFTER the divorce was in progress... They hooked up while he and his wife were VERY MUCH living as a married couple...
These laws that are on the books are nothing new, but not every state recognizes them & some people just don't feel like being bothered... But she isn't even using the Alienation of Affection Law, she is suing on behalf of her children...
Yep, maybe her kids can get over what they are currently going through... Maybe this won't have lasting psychological effects, but the point is why should they HAVE to??? People (men & women / black, white, purle & green) need to realize that when you have children things must change, its no longer about you... No, I am not saying that he should've remained married if he no longer loved her, but none of his actions show any concern for his children. If he loves Gabby then so be it, but if it must be at the expense of his children, then heaven help them all...

I have a co-worker that has the same clause in his divorce decree and another co-worker told us about it. I thought that was so stupid, but when his wife came up here to argue with him about something, I saw why. She had her new "beau" in the car with her, and he looked very shifty. I didn't think that's something you'd have to put on paper, but some people don't understand you can't bring everybody and everything around your kids.
