I got tried last year around this time. A woman text me out of the blue(hadn't spoken to her in 8 months and it wasn't like we ever tight) saying we should get together and do something like a movie or go out to eat. My text back: "I'm not spending any money on you."

Going wine tasting in Santa Barbara this year. There usually is a gift exchange with us just because its fun. For him, I pretty much stick to either something from Tiffany's or a new pair of sneaks. But on the flip side, if you don't feel the need to swap presents on Valentine's Day, it shouldn't hold any bearing on the quality of your relationship.

when you're in a long term relationship Valentine's Day is just another day...me and my main guy don't buy gifts for each other on holidays because it's so expected. we just buy whatever we want for each other throughout the year, no holidays needed it's so sweet, but with the guys on the side I tell them to treat everyday like it's my birthday...it's a celebration bitches keep the gifts coming LOL

I don't give gifts because my birthday is the next day:-) the month of Feb is all about Blu. The funny thing is my little crush birthday is on V-day. I told him if he act right he might get some pussy weed and alcohol j/k LMFAO.

I do but because we always did in the family. I usually get him something he has eyed since Christmas but hasn't bought himself yet.......
I get the usual flowers at work (cuz he knows women love attention as the huge arrangement is walked down teh hall to my classroom)
flowers at home, sweets, breakfast in bed and shoes :) he hits up my wish list on nordstrom and buys shoes :)
Maybe this year it will change but hey i don't mind if it doesn't.
