I know! Joe Biden had me a little misty-eyed, I now see why he's his Vice President. You need someone that's truly going to have your back and lift you up when times are tough.
I noticed the first hand the POTUS shook after signing the bill was the little boy who lost his mom. That did it for me, I started crying.
