Personally, to stop worrying and start working.  We all have a finite amount of time on our hands.  We should be progressive and start working towards our dreams instead of worrying about the what-ifs.

Financially, I am going to get an accountant or financial adviser because I will receive 2 promotions in a one-year period and want to manage my money. I am considering a home.

Professionally, to earn my Project Management Professional or Quality Engineer certifications.

I learned to not allow those that “hate” on me to even bother me, instead I will use their hate for fuel for my fire.

I will continue to surround myself around positive people who are doing things instead of those with the work man mindset.

I will work on keeping my mouth shut a little more. Sometimes silence is necessary.

It's not "forgive and forget" it's forgive and let go, not trying to be a half assed christian anymore, I've come of age and I've seen Jesus move in my life by me keeping his life as my example. Nothing he did was easy or modernly "practical" but I have to take it day by day.

I've learned that I need to stay away from the following people:

1) Emotional Vampires--they will suck the good out of you and spit you out...

2) Hypochristians (hypocrite)--they are qucik to judge and condemn, yet only one person has a heaven or hell to send me to...I wish they would just let GOD do his job.

 

I've also learned that it's hard to find a true ALPHA MALE

Letting go of fear, self-doubt and grudges. My past is just that and will not dictate my future success.

If I let God take the lead in my life, I will go much further. I am demanding what I know I deserve and am not accepting anything less.
