I think broke is when you have no funds to spend on dumb ish. Being able to pay my bills is just being responsible. Since I can't just ball out at will/random, I feel broke. *passin the collection plate around.* I have my eye on some cute Spring wear lol

If I was the chick, I would've decline the offer. Maybe she was really hungry for food and a movie night? Anyways, as previously stated, broke can mean several things to people...
