Katherine got tired of those bad azz kids and needed a break.  And Diana don't want to deal with them either.  End of story. LOL

But she probably did need a break - she's to old to be raising kids and these new age kids at that.

@JustMe...it's not crazy for him to leave things to his mother and children. Those kids are probably taken care of by nannies and such anyway. Hell, they probably don't really even see their grandma on a regular basis any way even if they do live in the same house. these are hollywood kids remember. Janet is not hard up for money, she's probably just trying to get little Paris to STFU and keep family business within the family. Now you know those brothers are money hungry.

I do think it's odd that Janet, Rebbie, Latoya, Jermaine, Tito AND Randy and all of the siblings were left out of the will of Michael Jackson but the kids (who I believe MJ adopted) are beneficaries and is shady business mgrs are the executors....I kinda agree with Janet...I think that will is as fake.

 

But that Paris girl is hilarious. She is talking sideways about the family not liking her acting in movies now, or this whole "grandma is missing" stunt.

Randy might as well get ready to go to jail

There are 500,000 reasons why Randy Jackson wants to battle over the late King of Pop's will.

The Jackson brother has two children with baby mama Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned he's a whopping $500,000 behind in child support payments.

"Let me just say this. This is not about money for us," Randy insisted when he appeared on MSNBC's PoliticsNation last Tuesday night.

However, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, both Randy and Jermaine Jackson -- who also has children with Alejandra asked Michael Jackson's estate to pay for their child support.

According to a close inside source, Randy, 50, owes more than half a million dollars to Alejandra in past due child support for Genevieve, 22, and Steven, 20.

"There's no reason why Randy should be so far behind on his child support payments. He shouldn't be a deadbeat dad," the insider told RadarOnline.com.

"But knowing how much Randy owes along with all this crazy drama surrounding Michael's estate, there's definitely reason to question his motives regarding the estate and Michael's will."

Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson claim Michael's will is fake and are taking on the estate's executors, John Branca** and John McClain.

Calls to Randy's attorney for comment went unreturned.

Did anyone listen to the Tom Joyner Morning show today? I had pull my car over and park. I laughed so hard at their parody on Joe Jackson returning to the compound and telling the white Jacksons to just leave the room.

This is a mess and at this point all you can do is laugh and feel sorry for all the shyt MJ must have had to put up with while he was alive.

After Janet Jackson issued them with a letter from her lawyer they posted this story:

 

Janet Jackson did not slap or verbally abuse Paris Jackson during a confrontation at the Jackson family home in Calabasas last week.

TMZ published a story last week based on sources who told us Janet went off on Michael Jackson's daughter after the singer tried to grab Paris' cell phone. We also reported Janet called Paris a "spoiled little b****."

Although we believed the story to be true when we published it, we have now determined it was not correct ... Janet did not slap or otherwise touch Paris, nor did she verbally abuse her.

Katherine Jackson is strongly suggesting she was tricked into traveling to Tucson last month and BLOCKED from communicating with MJ's children -- this according to a sworn declaration by Katherine herself.Katherine filed the declaration as part of her bid to obtain co-guardianship over Prince, Paris, and Blanket.In the docs, Katherine claims she was scheduled to go on a road trip to New Mexico to watch her sons in concert -- but on July 14th, an unnamed doctor showed up to her house and told her it was better for her to take a plane instead.Katherine says she obliged -- believing the doctor was under the orders of her longtime physician -- but when she got off the plane ... she found herself in Tucson, where she had been set up at a luxury resort.According to her lawyer, "Her children took her to a spa ... because she had high blood pressure."When she got to the resort, Katherine says her phone and iPad were taken away -- and her in-room telephone was disconnected. She says her TV was also shut off.When Katherine asked about the grandchildren, she was told "they were fine" and there was nothing to worry about. She says she did NOT know she had been reported missing and her grandkids were freaking out.Katherine says, "At the time, I trusted the people I was with to be honest with me."The declaration flies completely in the face of the statements Katherine previously made in an interview with ABC News, when she called her sudden absence last month a "short vacation."During the interview, Katherine -- surrounded by Jermaine, Rebbie, and Janet -- said, "One reason I didn't call is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here."In her declaration, Katherine never specifies who sent the doctor to her house, or who accompanied her to the spa.
