What something new you learned??

While chatting it up on twitter some of the BA ladies learned you need a licenses to strip and some states & they do a background check.
Also learned that some people generally dont listen well. For instance my neighbor ask to borrow something and i was like nope. So he goes and ask my sister. She lets him borrows it. Item was messed up and he almost hurt himself. His mom tried to yell at me. I told her I told her bad ass son NO and he should listen when people tell him something not go look for the answer he want.
So what new something you ladies & gents have learned lately??

I've learned not to take things personal. People have things going on in their lives that affect the way they deal with you and its not a reflection of you, but them.
No, doesn't mean never -- it could mean, not right now.
And most importantly, I've learned that when I give with an open heart, my blessings will reflect that.

I learned that the greatest excuse (also known as a a lie at times) for why you did or didn't "fill in the blank" (i.e., call a person back, stand a person up, cancel plans, change your mind, etc.), is to say that you're "busy". It works for dang near EVERYTHING that you wanna get out of. Think about it.....
Everything TRULY happens for a reason. I don't always know what is the reason. But there must be a reason for the crazy things that goes on.
There are others but my list will be toooooo long. HAHAHa!

But I've learned not to spend so much energy on complaining, but rather finding a solution. Life is too short to be unhappy all the time and you are the only person that can determine your happiness...not someone else.

I've learned that sometimes no matter how many facts you bring, you just can't change people's minds and that you will have to agree to disagree.
And no matter how sweet and nice of a person you may be, someone, somewhere still hate your a** for no reason.

Yes, Yes, Yes, to AKA Dom. I've also learned that while everything you do comes back to you -that also goes for everyone else too! Sit back and relax cuz every dog has their day! Also, you never know when you are in the presence of potential greatness and you should always be kind and courteous to everyone as the Bible states, you never know when you are entertaining Angels.
ok Last one, just b/c someone looks popular or surrounds themselves with a bunch of people -doesn't mean they are liked by everyone in the bunch.

I've learned to LOVE and RESPECT yourself above all else. When you truly love and respect yourself, life is so much happier because you don't settle for less than what you deserve!

I have also learn it takes time and the VICTORY is much sweeter when you let God take care of it and stop rushing your blessing.
That the devil can b sitting right next you & you not know it til its to late. (Remember he use to sit right next to God and can preach bible scripture better than the ABC's)
