Phipps, Lenox, and Perimeter ( I wouldn't rule out N.Point)

Phipps- Everybody can't afford the shops in there, so that cuts down on the wannabes.
Lenox- Be careful NOT to go on a Saturday, GAYS in FULL effect!
Perimeter- I've seen Boris K (From Soul Food) in there along with Usher and a host of other ppl!

Really Ballers are in there when everyone else is at work.

I totally forgot about that! Ten Pin Alley has b-ball players that go there for different functions. I've ssen Young Dro & Jeezy in Atlantic station. I think they both have condos down there.

Just Phipps! Lennox is worn out and if you truly have money than you are at Phipps! And Atlantic Station has turned into the ghetto teenage hangout spot! But really anywhere you go in Atlanta you can meet a baller because they are all over the place but to see the real ballers! I mean the fine ones just go to Phipps at any time of the day! Trust me! LOL
