I agree. I bought her last cd when it came out in 09 an was routing for her and hoped she'd get her s*** together. But even after the Oprah interview back then, I thought her body language wasn't telling the truth and she was still using. She was being as honest as a drug addict knows how to be, but she was still using.

Maybe the family just didn't want people to feel let down knowing that Whitney really hadn't stopped her cocaine usage do they claimed she drowned.. If there was no water in her lungs, she was not breathing long before she went under.. I know they want everyone to remember her as the Whitney that finally cleaned up, telling the truth about what really caused her death is not gonna make us feel any less like we lost a great artist.. Cocaine has taken out how many celebrities now?? And Benadryl was in her system as well?! I wouldn't be surprised if that alone knocked her out
