yea they are...that whole strip over by richland is the hoe stroll now....smh the little area that im in will be turned out by next year thats why i said this is my last yea in that area lol......there are still pockets that are cool but they want be to much longer....

and ur right about park ln. and the landlords.....

I used to love all of those areas when I was younger. I'm thinking about moving north to be closer to school, wanted to get a place near Richland, it has changed so much. SMMFH. I don't have a problem with living hear immigrants (hell, I'm from SOC), but a lot of those property owners are slumlords and are letting some of the nicest areas run into the ground.

  steer clear of  forest, audelia, whitehurst, and royal close to skillman. oh yea and park ln. used to have some of the best condos in the north dallas area...that s*** is lil mexico over there now....lol
