EXACTLY!!!!!  Dont touch me in any way, shape, or form and it will NEVER come to blows.  But if you come at me all hostile and so much as brush up against my shoulder, it's on and poppin.  I wouldnt wait on a muthaf**ka to break my nose to start defending myself.

The person talking shyt might have provoked the fight but the minute one person loses control of their emotions and lashes out is when you cross the line. So to answer your question, the person who threw that first hit!

I can punch you as much as I want to with my words but that doesn't give someone the right to put their hands on me. The spoken word is a powerful thing and can really hold more power than any punch, kick, or thrown object ever could! And when you are skilled at word-play that is just as effective as gut-punching someone in some cases!
