Does it start with the argument or the first hit? I think fights start because of the way we talk to one another. Are you actually arguing about the facts or are you just insulting your partner? Let's just say that you are insulting your significant other. If you decide to follow those insults up with a shove to the side of your partner's head and he or she proceeds to kick you in your D**K, throat, or whatever.........who started the fight? The person talking shyt might have provoked the fight but the minute one person loses control of their emotions and lashes out is when you cross the line. So to answer your question, the person who threw that first hit!
I can punch you as much as I want to with my words but that doesn't give someone the right to put their hands on me. The spoken word is a powerful thing and can really hold more power than any punch, kick, or thrown object ever could! And when you are skilled at word-play that is just as effective as gut-punching someone in some cases!
