Who started the fight?
Does it start with the argument or the first hit? I think fights start because of the way we talk to one another. Are you actually arguing about the facts or are you just insulting your partner? Let's just say that you are insulting your significant other. If you decide to follow those insults up with a shove to the side of your partner's head and he or she proceeds to kick you in your D**K, throat, or whatever.........who started the fight? I say the sh*t talkin shover (sp?)...

In some states, like MD where I am, there is a law called fighting words. If a judge or jury decides that the person provoked you with their words to strike them then you can still get off. Still, being the person I am now, I was a scrapper in the past, I don't call names. The minute the other person starts calling me out my name it is time for me to go.

yes, I got locked up a few years ago for cussin one of my boyfriends exes out. So my dumb ass got out and put on my all black and beat the breaks off dat ass. MD laws are a b****, but VA with that common wealth s*** aint no joke either! I moved to DC, LOL.
