For Women Who Want The Ballerific Life!
It's a new year/new start and as some of us know its the week where you wont be able to use your favorite machine...'hence why i workout at the local community college where noone goes'. I got to thinking why I really workout so much. I basically workout twice a day. The next 3months will be nothing but strength training but the last yr has been core/yoga/extreme cardio to the point where i have no body fat on me lol. But I really started wondering why I workout so much. Someone said its because Im running from something, and I felt that wasnt it. Till I realized that I really workout so much to shield a lot of pent up aggression/passion I have.
whats your excuse....besides a bangin body

Im normally a fun going guy, but people in my past who had something to say. When they see me now they know theyve been s****** on.I once saw someone from my past in the gym and she kept trying to bring up a convo. I politely told her we werent friends then, and wouldnt be now.

I enjoy the results but I don't enjoy working out YET. I want to do a half marathon but I hate running. I want to enjoy it but it's a chore to me. Only thing I really enjoyed doing is Zumba when I took a few classes in Mexico. I need to find a class pronto..

I have a stressful job, and working out helps me to release some tension so I can go to sleep.I have bone issues and hip dysplasia, and yoga and walking really help with the pain. Working my body down to it's core gets into my bones and muscles.
Permalink Reply by Creative Bee on January 3, 2012 at 11:47am I don't like working out on machines, i just do elliptical to warm up, i do a lot of yoga, stretching is my thing. I like zumba too. I get bored fast from work outs so i have to switch them often. I mainly do it to stay in shape. I was blessed with naturally good body shape and metabolism that doesn't need much working out but the older you get the slower your metabolism becomes. I have to work out now to be able eat yummies and drink my glass of wine without getting pounds on my butt lol
