Would A Boarding School Be A Good Idea?

Okay, i have a niece that's 13 yrs of age in the 8th grade. She gets out of school @ 2:15pm...and it only takes her about 10min to walk home. Her mother gets home about 6pm, but her little ass is no where to be found. She comes strolling in @ about 7:30 ish with nothing but lies as to where she's coming from. Her mother (my sister) told her when school is out, she needs to be in the house, and have her homework done, as well as her chores!
This behavior has been going on for a while off and on with her not complying to her mother's rules. So, she took her key away and told her that she better be @ the door waiting (for my sis)when she comes home. My sister told me that there were three magnums missing out of her sock draw, and replaced with three regular lifestyles (red pack) along with a pregnancy test that both belong to my sister. She has yet to bring this up to her daughter about the items that were missing. Oh, i'm not finished...my niece did not come home last night and didn't report to school today.
Now, i'm thinking that a nigga got into her head, and now she feels as if she can do as she pleases! I told my sister to get her ass checked out, and put on some birth control..asap and put her ass in someone's boarding school! BA, what other suggestions should i bring to my sister's attention?

she's f*cking...not much you can do once that happens...how about putting her in an after-school program....oh wait I just read all of this...knock her butt out, take off of work find her, drag her out by her hair and knock her fast a*s OUT!!!!!...make her report to your sisters job when she gets out of school...or brush hair at a nearby salon...read to the elderly

She should take her to get birth control specially if she has noticed the missing magnums. How does an 8th grader get so much freedom not to come home and not to report to school?
Is there a family member that she could report to their house after school since she has proven she can't be trusted?
My gf has an 8th grader and that girl must answer the phone the second she gets in the house if moms sin't home and if her mom is gonna be late, then I go and pick her up and she stays with me. You just have to be mega careful these days unless you wanna be a young gramma.
If mom can't control her kid and she can still spank her and embarass her, how will a school boarding or not control her?

She suppose to be going to the boys and girls club after school (in the the development where they live) and they get dismissed around the same time her mom gets home.

Sit her hot ass down and have a serious talk with her. I would scare the shit out of her and show her pics of STD's and what they look like on people, tell her stories about guys with AIDS, show her Trashman's video, take her to get birth control, and anything else you can think of. More importantly, school her on the game. Tell her what it means to be a lady. Be real, tell her she can be a hoe or a wife and that how she behaves now will dictate that for life. I don't know what else will do it...
...but if you can't find her ass again, call the police! I agree, put her in some program after school that she likes. Shit, make her go volunteer at the AIDS center after school, lol.
Oh, to answer your question. I don't think boarding school will do any good. All they do is sneak around and fuck boys from the local high school/college. Your sister needs to snatch her ass up and scare the shit outta her, without insulting her or calling her names.

I say put her on birth control. Parents refuse to put kids on birth control then get made with they become pregnant.
I also agree with the other poster that she needs to be schooled on the game. My mother told me everything. My talk began at 8 which is when I came on my cycle. You may think your kids are too young but they may know more than you do.

I think my neice is immune to ass whippins! Trust, my sis don't play @ all...but what else is there to do other than beat her ass??? I think that sending her to boarding scool is good, because they are supervised 24/7 they have a lot that they can do while there!

She's done everything from showing her what different std's look like to the trashman video's so on and so forth, but we just can't figure out wtf is really going on. When she spoke to my other sis (not her mom) she told her she has had sex with two guys...but we know that two really means 5! The shit that is very disappointing is that she's very smart, mature for her age and is very much up to parr with what's going on, but she is still doing the bs that she knows she should not be doing!

Don't get it TWISTED private boarding schools are MUCH worse than regular schools....
First, like you said the situation is out of hand, and quite frankly, since your 8th grade niece is doing the "grown" woman, then y'all need to break her little a$$ down like one.
I am ALL for the morbid humiliation tactic Charlie suggested... hell, I've SEEN it done, kept me straight cause I didn't want that shit to happen to me. Your sister needs to keep her eyes open.... and most importantly, she need to find out WHO her daughter is giving her little cookies to and figure out how to handle THAT ninja, too.....

show her tough love she wants to act tough and run the streets show her what the streets really can do to a person, i remember when my sister started to act out, first my mother tried the public beat downs and whatnot when she saw that wasnt working one day my sister can home to all her shit packed, my mother said since you feel like you are grown then go be grown you think these young and dumb niggas care about you go and really find out, you think you have friends now go head and see if these chicks are really your friend when you need a place to stay for longer than a week go see how nice and fun the streets are when you have no money, my sister stayed gone for about a week maybe shorter all i know is that when i came home from school my sister was at the front of the apartment complex looking a hot mess and crying talking mommmy please can i come back i have no were else to go

I think this is a good plan because a boarding school will be an expensive waste. Her ass will be just as hot away from home. Just do the math and try to make sure her little hot ass isn't ovulating when you kick her out, better yet kick her out the day her period starts, no fun, just misery all week. My sister in law tried this when my niece was 14 and her hot ass got pregnant and then was scared to come home so no one knew until she was almost 4 months. She ended up getting an abortion so be careful when using this tactic.
