hell to the no! my dad beat my mom til i was 12. i hate that s***. i know men can change but i cant take that chance. if a nigga put his hands on me, im going to JAIL!

I use to date a guy for a few years and he was said to have put his hands on his baby mama and ex girlfriend. He never tried that crap on me though and we were dating for a while. Seen him get angry a few times but never to the point were he wanted to hit me.

Your response reminds me of a story that I heard second hand. One of my friends once worked for this woman who said she married into a very famous wealthy family. I ain't saying the name because she didn't tell the story to me, she told it to my friend. And yeah, I'm scared of the lawyers this family could sick on my broke azz for hearsay.

So anyway my friend's boss had divorced her famously rich husband yet she was working at our little low paying azz job for peanuts. My friend said that his boss told him that her husband use to beat her and that the husband told her if she ever tried to take any money from him he would kill her. So she ran with their only child. He paid this woman no alimony or child support. I started to call BS and he shook his head no. He said if she was lying then she should be an Oscar winning actress. She told him that she was just happy to get out with her life and that he never came after her or their child. She said she was happy to come to work for pennies everyday because at least she didn't have to fear for her or her child's life.

Absolutely not.......I guess she hasn't experienced the wrath of Jason.Somebody probably put it in her ear that hey he likes to put his hands on women and she probably said no not me......yes b**** you too so run run run.........SAD SAD SAD

To a certain degree, men only do to you what you let them do. I was in a relationship with this guy and later heard that he was a woman beater but in the 5 years we were together, he never laid a hand on me. Men KNOW when they meet me that I'm not going for that BS.

There was this other guy when I was about 18 or 19. He started working second shift at my job and all the chicks there were feeling him. Word got back that he was interested in me and we started talking. He didnt have a car so on our first date I picked him up. He didnt look so cute outside of his uniform either. Anyhoo, we went to the movies and were talking and he said something to the effect like......if we were together, he'd have my car. WTF???? I was like 'What did you say???" but he wouldnt repeat it. I knew right then and there I was done with that muthaf**ka. Eventually, he started talking to another chick at the job who had just had a baby. Moved in with her and everything. Rumor had it they got into a fight and he kicked her azz & THREW HER BABY DOWN. I believe men that are flat out woman beaters, are so ignorant/uncouth that you can tell they're abusive within the first 5 minutes of conversing with their azz.

nope... but 'tis true even woman beaters don't beat all women... I know a couple of dudes that have been back n forth with one chick that they beat the crap out of just cause she breathes, but then have never put their hands on anyone else... still not a chance I'd take...
