maybe its me but if i have problems with the opp. sex i talk to a plethora of them then make an informed opinion.Like when I started back dating I noticed a lot of women werent used to a chivalrous man.  So I asked a few close friends why, and they said they didnt want it or look for it bc they didnt want to owe you anything.IMO that was profound.......but then I saw the disgusted look on a womans face when I'd pull up somewhere and drop my baby off at the front door while the other chic and her man are walkin from the parkin lot cold and shivering lol

A lot of the ones in my area are very arrogant and lack any sense of humility. Example: after my first cruise I was sitting around with the family showing pictures and talking about all the things that had happened. I told them about four people we almost got left behind and how they had to be ferried out to the boat, as we had left the dock, and then had to climb a ladder up the side of the ship.

 

My nephew spoke up all mad and full of piss and vinegar about how he would have layed into them about leaving him behind blah blah blah. I explained to him that before you leave the ship they have their clock at the gangway letting you know what the ship time is and what time the ship would be leaving port. If you show up late to the dock then the onus is on you! I asked him, if he is willing to pay the extra docking fees etc that the ship has to pay for over-staying their welcome in port?

 

He stopped arguing with me but the look on his face told me that he would still be arguing with the staff and therefore could not travel with me. That's the best example I have but basically they always think they are right. Will not back down to at least try to see things from a different angle. I've run into a lot of them as I've lived in Baltimore all my life.

Exactly! You keep doing what you know is right!

Too many men/women follow each other with bad manners instead of following their own mind and soon we have a whole generation who don't know how to treat each other right.

My biggest issue with men in area is the "Real Nigga" syndrome. I swear to Moses if one more grown ass man says to me in conversation, "I'm not like one of those other dudes you deal with, I'm a real ass nigga..." I'm going to scream while repeatedly stabbing him. I just can't understand for the life of me, what is wrong with being just a "Man". And it's not just a southern thing.

 

Met this guy he's from up north dude works for a CPA firm so I was like YES!! I finally met a dude with a career path. When we met up for our date, this ninja had in a grill with diamonds and rubies and s*** and he had on his blue NY hat pulled all the way down, some Timbs (mind you it's hot as fish grease in Florida), and he was sagging. I was like where is the dude I met 2 weeks ago, he was like "Oh I just put on for them C's at my job, I keeps it real when I'm on my time" I was like FML!!! I blame PLIES!!

My biggest gripe is lack of motivation. Some of these negroes are content with not having or doing s*** it life!!

Oh yes! The sagging pants!  Will someone tell these negroes that ish looks like they are advertising free h*** sex? At least it does to me.  I tried to tell a guy that once and he tried to school me on how they are emmulating prisoners in jail. I already knew that. So I replied: And who do men have sex with in jail? lol He got mad and changed the subject. I'm laughing on the inside thinking, why are you mad? Oh, did I strike a nerve?

My biggest gripe w/ men in NY is the constant name dropping and flossing. They try to lure you in with that ish. My thing is, don't talk about it be about it. These dudes talk too much but it's not all their fault because bishes fall for that ish and give them play.

It's two ends of the spectrum here...

 

If they have even a little something going, they are annoyingly arrogant.  I mean..ANNOYINGLY arrogant.  I met a guy who owned a little h*** in the wall ass lounge and he'd say all the time.."All the women who come here want to date the owner.  That's just how it is." *smug face. 

 

This other who owned a restaurant (that was actually quite nice but ended up having to sell it because he tried to turn it into a wings/short skirts and dj joint) was OFF THE CHAIN!  HE just swore he was the bee's knees...lol  I used to look at him like.."Uhhh...seriously.  Stop."  He told me once that... time stops for him. bwahahahahahahahahaha

 

Then the other end have so much BAGGAGE!

 

Separated but no divorces, married but want a side girlsfriend (this is VERY common here for some reason)lots of kids by different women, want women to take care of them, extremely lazy in relationships,no ambition and i've met a lot that have never really been out of the area.

 

I ask my current boo"Where did you come from?" all the time...  He's like a f****** anomoly here..lol
