@ladeeluck my biggest struggle is nutrition I have a problem with eating all the wrong foods

@brittany I drink this detox water. Its easy to make. Slice up some cucumbers , 2 lemons, and a bunch of mint leaves. Place them in a pitcher and fill the pitcher with water. Cover the water for at least 8 hours to make sure the properties are infused. Then drink up. It tastes nice and refreshing and is an excellent detox that also speeds metabolism. Be prepared to go to the bathroom, but nothing too bad.
@Chocolate dream. I swear by P90X. It combines all types of workouts, incorporates weights, plyometrics, yoga and calisthenics. I have been doing it for 4 years now and I still continue to see results and am in the best shape of my life. I used to run and do a lot of cardio, but this workout has been amazing.
Does anyone have a good workout regimen that has been proven to work? I'm looking for something with alot of weight training thanks!
