That product works best for oily skin, and it helps absorb excess oil from the skin. A primer helps your foundation last longer, and makes it go onto the skin smoother. Use it sparingly because a little goes a long way.

The mist is nice. It is what I usually where. You spray the product onto a brush and then apply it to the skin. The coverage is buildable, so you can add more if you want a more flawless application. I usually do the mist and then a little bit of concealer.

Both of those give you a natural finish and hold up great in humidity. If you are on the oily side you may want to do the mineralize skinfinish pressed. That will give you a natural finish, but will also help absorb excess oil.
