It's a hot mess of a MISS. I agree about Ciara being able to pull it off. She has definitely lost way too much weight and her hair is atrocious in this pic. That style does NOT work for everyone.
This sums it up perfectly. Something about her legs looks odd. Maybe she needs a knee lift..idk?
