She MISSed the mark gravely and just looks like she reads a lot of fashion blogs, and tried everything but really did nothing. She's classic at the neck, glam rock with the lips and center, party girl with the legs and classic again with the heels. I'm so confused. The shorts are too short under a shirt looks like a tunic coz she doesn't have enough leg. That scarf is pretty too - just not with this outfit.

Ima say its a hit. I liked how she didnt necessarily go with a trend but did what she wanted to do and wore it like she owned it.  ....The shoes, not so much though :-(

Hit - Minus the scarf (maybe another bold color or fabric) that reminds me of some curtains in my Auntie kitchen. Her face is beat!  Love the red lips and the confidence.

 Raven is such a good looking girl... to be honest i found when she was bigger she had way more sex appeal and her fashion was better ...she lost the weight now ... she should feel much healthier ... but the fashion is a NO NO (hot mess).... i dont like the hair ...i hateeeee the scraf ..it like one those shiny sunday scrafs your grandma wear to chruch ... no comments for the shoes ...self-explanatory lol
