no & no. The "vibe" is yes....the button up should have been simpler to carry the shoes and simple mussed weave...and no pointer finger rings with this look..[it says "isnorttoomuch", with this look anyway--]

HIT....

This outfit is more on the classy bohemian chic side. i like the fact that she choose something that is not the norm for hollywood "sex kittens".  not everyone has to do something tight or extremely glamorous to every event.  this style is kind of coming on the scene but you see it more from college chicks who are die hard forever 21 shoppers. or, for the sake of fashion commenting (lmao) this style is done more overseas in an expensive way...i like it, love the studded shirt dress!
