It's going to be real hard following up after Chrissy, The Jones', Emily, Somaya and Olivia. They served up 2 entertaining seasons of Love & Hip Hop in New York. Now the series has taken it's talents down south. Meet the new cast.

Lil Scrappy & Mama Dee

Safe to assume these two will be the Jim Jones & Mama Jones of Season 3. Mama D is known for her radio rant against Lil Scrappy's ex Diamond (of Crime Mob) where she called that girl everything BUT her name. Scrappy will also be joined on the show by his girlfriend and baby mama Erica Dixon.  I'm sure the show won't be based around them as much because frankly, I don't know if or what Lil Scrappy is doing with himself these days.

Stevie J (the Rich Dollaz of the show)

Grammy award winning producer Stevie J will be on the show along with his girlfriend Mimi Faust. Interesting, because I thought his girlfriend was the young lady pictured above, Alexandria Martin, who happens to be the daughter of Whoopi Goldberg. They have been together off and on for several years and have a child together. Guess things didn't work out. If she makes a show appearance (or appearance on Twitter with some tea) this could make for some good television drama.

Joseline (the Somaya)

Eff it, I just put up a picture of Somaya Reece because I can't find a pic of this stranger Joseline anywhere. Joseline is a former stripper turned up and coming rapper eager to break into the Atlanta music scene. She's managed by Stevie J and much like Somaya she came from a tough background. Given that I can't even google a pic of her, she's probably got more work to do. I'm sure the show will show a tragedy to triumph for her, hopefully.

K. Michelle

K. Michelle is an R&B singer who at one point was linked to R.Kelly. She dated Memphitz and although I don't know the entire details of that relationship, VH1 said it was volatile. I guess we'll have to see what happens. I hope Toya Carter makes an appearance on the show. I'd love to see her and K. Michelle in a room together....everybody loves tension.

Rasheeda

Rasheeda is a rapper out of Atlanta, GA known to many as the Georgia Peach. She's been in the game for over a decade and I want to call Rasheeda the "Olivia" of the show but I can't find it in myself to do it. She's really likable, she's almost like the a monument to Atlanta's music scene. "Bubble Gum" was my jam, let's be honest! The show promises to get more involved with Rasheeda's personal life including being married and a (step) grand mother.

Karlie Redd

I don't know much about Karlie Redd. I know she's a model, I know she sells hair on Twitter, and I know she's managed by Cash Money Management. According to VH1 she's a Trinidadian R&B singer and Jamaican rapper...whatever that means. I guess the jamaican part of her raps and the Trini part of her sings. Whatever VH1. She's rumored to be dating LA Reid's son, Aaron Reid......you can do with that piece of information whatever you want.
