@ SPice, my ex and I got into it because he was complainig about buying his kids school clothes, because he sends a check.  I had to break it down that that check wasn't shyyt...especially when he was spending all types of money on other BS. nahh bruh, not on my watch.

Hopefully, she is taking him to court, and they're letting this info out to put the squeeze on him. Let him feel embarrassed and distracted by this, he'll be faster to write a check to get this to go away.

 

And his wife is probably telling him to do the right thing, but she's not pressing it because it'll mess up her payday. They're all just trifling, Chris and both women. Im sorry for her losing her job because I now know what it feels like, but I'd find an attorney somewhere who would take my case at any cost to get the child taken care of. And never, ever go through something like this (planning a child) with a man you're not married to. Invitro or whatever they did was probably expensive, that money could have taken care of the child. Something in her head had to be flashing warning signs before they made this baby, I know she's probably beating herself up now, but she needs to get it together and have the courts go after him.

While $30,000 is excessive, $2600 is shameful. She was working, which is more than I can say for most "NBA baby mommas"....and the fact that she has not taken him back to court for a raise in child support says alot about her....however, she need to do this, like NOW! He and his wife should be embarrassed....smh

ok, so she lost her job. it's unfortunate but it's life. why should bosh pay her more child support because she can't afford to take care of herself. so i guess ya'll think it' would be wrong if he asked for custody until the mother got her life back in order. smh. they had a thing once upon a time and it didn't work out so are ya'll saying that he should take care of her forever because she had his baby? no, he should take care of the baby forever.

You was cheating on her with the women you just married.You better give it up because she has the state involved now .Chris needs to take some pointer from his two team mates.But he just let his wife spend all that money on a baby shower that cost more than your child support .

ok, well she should take him back to court and if she doesn't then that's her stupidity. and if he was cheating on her, correct me if i'm wrong but umm they weren't married so it doesn't count. all they have together now is a child that was born out of wedlock. may be she's a stand up woman who wants to provide for herself and her child. may be she isn't up for the whole court thing. may be to her their relationship was about love and she's done with all the extra celebrity life and just wants to have a stable home for her child w/o all the drama.

I can't choose a side simply because I don't know all the facts nor have I seen court documents. But, I do know these two have been going back and forth for a while and like someone said earlier this may be in lieu of other things that he pays for. I hope this doesn't get ugly. Also, for her to be in foreclosure makes me wonder how long she's been unemployed, her timing seems calculated. Either way if its more money she wants then so be it.

right @ CJ. that's why i was like "hold up" if she's in forclosure then she's been unemployed for months....sounds like she's settin' a plan in action.
