and personally, I think IF he was just disrespectful, his half brother and his mama shoulda beat his azz. Calling the police is LAME as hell, AND it will destroy even a regular person's record in worse ways that taking an ass whoopin. Beat my ass....do not call the police. That's the dumb ish.

I'll wait to hear the story.  Seeing as they mentioned he was scuffling with his half brother, it's very possible his mother tried jumping in between the two and got scuffed up in the process.  I'm not saying it's okay, but I've seen it happen before.

They charged him right.  All assault means is that you pushed, shoved, or slapped somebody on the wrist.  Felonious assault is the one that results in blood shed.  I'm a fighting, police caling muthaf**ka so dont assault me in any way, shape, or form....or yo azz will pay.

His mom was a crack dealer and last got arrested in 2009. No wonder this boy can't stay out of trouble. Sheesh! He needs anger management 2 years ago and an ego debooster!

Dez isn't this kind of person, his family is very toxic to him and he doesn't deserve that one bit. All he does is try to help them and foot the bill for their lives.

first thing I thought when I heard this story is 1. SOMEBODY WANTED SOME $$ out of him and 2. He was pushed over the edge.

I don't know his deal, but I got a problem with his momma still living in Desoto FREAKING Texas...as soon as I heard that I figured she must've hit him up for some cash. Some family of these players are just wrong. Yeah that's his momma. S*** happens. But she is/was a crackhead and I went with my gut. I WISH MOST OF THESE PLAYERS WOULD DROP their families like a bad habit the moment they get a contract. These mooching SOB's get on my nerves and when they don't get their way they go crazy. He probably told his moms HELL NO to giving her more $ and her crazy ass went off. Now he got hit with these charges because his cracky relatives charged at him...smh. Damn. He need to leave all of his family chilling in rotten ass Desoto and never look back. Keep driving down the Highway to Arlington and stay focused on the upcoming season. Don't answer their calls and definitely cut that b**** off!
