From a Defense Standpoint, you really think Eve's antics on BBW won't come into play in a Trial? All her running on tables to slap someone, throwing Wine Bottles in a very Public Restaurant!! It should be interesting to see. I never believe that a man should physically assault a woman but I heard in a version that she head butted him. {Shrugs}

@Tone ... Exactly,this is probably a good thing for both of them. I think it could of been worse. They both party and drink and probably realized they were in a hopeless situation. LoL

Tone...no woman deserves to get hit or headbutted. Period.

Sure, she had her antics on BBW but there is no excuse for a man or a  husband to go THIS FAR over a confrontation about infidelity. He is  wrong for this because regardless of how she may be, he should've shown self  control. If she's the one with all the drama then he should've been the calm  one. (I'm almost led to believe that they BOTH are similiar personalities tho)  ..

Evelyn, (and I kinda wish she can read this) I'm not gonna get on that "karma" bandwagon but you may need to examine this ENTIRE situation in a humbling way. Sometimes, we do reap what we sow but you can still rise above this with your dignity.

Get strong missy...all eyes will be on you. Just keep it CLASSY

Wait, so she already gave a TAPED sworn statement?? To the police   already...guess she ain't playing around with this. She's gonna PRESS CHARGES so  there goes that notion that she don't go that far (remember the Nya situation  with Jenn?). Clearly Evelyn can and will go that far too.

Johnson and Lozada agree that the incident happened inside Johnson's  "black smart" car in the driveway in front of their house. The  disagreement started when Lozada "located a Walgreen's receipt in the vehicle's  trunk for a box of condoms."

That's where the two accounts start to differ. Lozada claims that  Johnson became upset, grabbed her, and head-butted here. She says  Johnson yelled:

"I don't give a (expletive)! I don't give a (expletive) about my  career!"

Lozada then walked to a neighbor's house and waited for them to come home  before calling the police.

Johnson's account is rather different. He claimed that Lozada  head-butted him, which caused the three-inch laceration that was visible on her  forehead. He also said that she yelled "(Expective) it!"

Beyond the "he said, she said" version of events, the most  notable part of the report is that Lozada told the police she wanted to press  charges. She signed an affidavit saying so.

okay while no woman deserves to be hit some women just need to stop mouthing off. We have all seen Evelyn mouth off. Hope she is okay and does whats best for their relationship/her.

@rich Motha Sucka...no...it was titled right. When this first hit the newswire last night he was suppose to stay til Monday....all reports said he wasn't gonna get released til then.

But as the night went on and talks of her being cooperative came out, so did talk of Chad getting his legal team to get him out on bond this morning. So they did. I've been following it all, and as things change too. The title was right as it was initially reported.

I was watching footage of the Dolphins head coach saying a few hours ago that he wanted to meet up with Chad on Monday but I guess the owner felt a certain type of way and just wanted to clear house.

The guys over at NFL.com said his locker has been just cleaned out. Moments ago.

Too much money is at stake I guess and whatever happened to Evelyn must've been major. I thought she got released from the hospital last night but it seems like she didn't eve leave until late morning...he had he there overnight, like that?

Chime in ladies because I know a bunch of yall know firsthand the tea.
