Well this is a transition I like to see. Everyone has been on a health kick lately and rightfully so. With the foods we eat killing us every day and our daily habits deteriorating our bodies, we have to do what we can to add a few years back to our life-span. Following in the footsteps of Rosa Acosta and Joseline Hernandez (Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), former model and video vixen Buffie The Body has transitioned into the genre of health and fitness by launching "Bodynomics"
Buffie has been into fitness for 4 years and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), one of the most recognized personal trainer certifications you can obtain.
Bodynomics promises to help women:
