Ochocinco Pleads 'Not Guilty' In Domestic Abuse Case
Well, I guess we know that this will be long and drawn out, whether it needed to be or not. Chad Johnson has pleaded 'Not Guilty' to misdemeanor battery charges stemming from the alleged attack of his wife, Evelyn Lozada, last month. Chad's plea was entered by his attorney, he was not present.
Chad was arrested August 11th, lost his job, tattooed Evelyn's face on his calves and refuses to sign the divorce papers. This could have been over with a simple signature. I wonder what he's waiting for and why he plead 'Not Guilty' while he has admitted and gave an apology for it.

This is just to much. But I knew something like that was going to happen to Evelyn. She was to sure of her relationship. Especially with her friend wasshaname....on Basketball Wives. I just gotta give Evelyn a pat on the back for makin it final, and sticking to her guns.
