It's hard out here for a former supermodel in these Parisian streets. Just ask Naomi Campbell who was violently attacked and robbed by thugs as she tried to hail a cab. Naomi was knocked over and robbed and suffered a torn ligament.

Naomi still uses a wheel chair and crutches to get around but she is expected to make a full recovery.
