While the balls are inside, you will feel a different sensation when you rock while sitting or even while riding a bus. You may position the balls near your G-spot or anywhere you may please.
Quick Fix - Sitting in a vinegar and water bath.

Kegels work ladies..again kegels work! Also try and take breaks between days of sex with your baller, do not give it up everyday if you wanna keep it tight! Kegels also strengthen your lower back for those who have a bad back. I was told this by my physio therapist back in the day....if you can keep breathing normally while doing the kegels then you are getting tighter. That's how she told me to gauge it.

Jade Eggs work really well (especially the when you attach weight to them)...
slow down, stop having so much sex (unless you're in a relationship)...
an Alum douche - mix water with a bit of Alum (find it in the spice aisle at th grocery store)
