Whip Up Some Banana Pudding for Your Baller...
Ladies for me the fall is comfort food season. Nothing says comfort to me like a bowl of banana pudding. This is an easy no bake version that is sure to put a smile on your ballers face. In addition to serving in a big bowl like above you can also serve in parfait dishes which makes for great presentation!
Ingredients
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (a sprinkle of fresh ground vanilla bean adds great flavor!)
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (16 ounce) package vanilla wafers
14 bananas, sliced ( I slice the bananas as I use them so they do not brown)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk 2 minutes. Blend in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped topping. Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl. Chill until serving.
*optional
1)crack some of the wafers and sprinkle on top as a garnish
2) bits of toffee are a sweet addition and gourmet touch sprinkle on top of the whipped topping layers

I make a mean banana pudding, and I agree with Siren, fresh whipped cream is TOPS when you make this. I also like to make it in little see through cups for family events. I've never done a large trifle dish. I also like the the cooked pudding better....
I might have to make one this weekend. :) mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

After reading the book I am so good on seeing this movie. The book had me in tears. It was awful. Not only does her mother "give" her to her father, but she also sexual, mentally, and physically abuses her. Too sad, too bad its a reality to some.
