2 Chainz Victorious In ‘Is This Yo Thot’ Lawsuit

2 Chainz has won big in the lawsuit brought against him by a Charlotte woman who claims the rapper embarrassed her in a viral video. 

A federal judge in North Carolina tossed out Christine Chisholm’s lawsuit, saying that calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct.” This means Chisholm will not be getting her $5 million pay day. This also means the judge was likely not buying the story of the viral video causing Chisholm to lose her job, or the story that 2 Chainz tried to get her run over. Since the case was thrown out, Chisholm does not receive a settlement of any kind. 

On the bright side, She got a couple of bars in a hot rap song. That’s got to count for something, right?
