You WANT a Baller, Now What? The Alpha Female Way vs. The Chick's Way

Many of you have come to this site for ways to get a baller. Some of you have your baller already, and others want to upgrade.
Now, with all that said there are two ways of going about getting your baller. The Alpha-Female Way and The Chick Way. Which way are you going about it?
The Alpha Female Wants A Baller:
1. She leaves her job. She understands it is full-time work to snag a king, a ruler of his domain and controller of his life and destiny. She does this by various means, it doesn’t matter how she can leave her job, but that she did. Now, if you work at a hi-profile company that has raised your own social profile, then by all means, it is helping you get that baller. But if you are not GET A NEW job in the industry you want your baller to be in. This female knows that everything has to point in the direction of snagging that baller. Other alpha-females may opt to use the free time to research, attend events, step up their gym game and make new alliances. Remember, getting a baller is a full-time job if you are doing right—this means it becomes part of her mental and physical environment.
2. She believes there are PLENTY of ballers. The Alpha Female does not believe in lack. She knows she can get what she wants. Her motto is: They Have to Marry Someone, Why Not Me? She understands that only 1% of women will actually marry a man like this because only the strong survive in the game, which increases her chances greatly. Yes, only the strong survive. Too many chicks are willing to do too much for too little, far too soon.
3. She Makes New Friends. She knows if she’s the best looking female in a group or the smartest it’s time to make new friends. She’s secure enough to accept this. She needs something to aspire to at all times. She joins clubs, private orgs, and befriends the leaders of these clubs to be invited to their homes for private functions. She revels in this and the attention it brings to her.
4. She goes out ALONE. The Alpha-female has too much to do. She doesn’t have time to coordinate schedules. When she’s ready, she’s out. Not because she can’t bring anyone, she just doesn’t want to. When she enters the room, she canvases it for her plan. She knows where to stand, what to do, who to talk to, and what NOT to say. She’s confident. She stakes out hi-profile restaurants (on non date nights) and eats alone, mostly by the bar without a wince. People gravitate towards her. She exudes confidence and mystery. She always makes friends. She believes this. It happens.
5. She spends LOTS OF MONEY. And she doesn’t always have it. But she spends it wisely on trips, events, and memberships that will bring the world she desires closer to her. If she can’t do VIP, she rarely wastes her time. She understands to get money you have to have money.
This Chick Wants A Baller
1. She stays at her job. This girl is mental head-case. She says she wants one thing, does another. She talks big about “the life”, but she is afraid to leave her job at the customer services dept of the phone company for a new one. She hates her job and small world. But it pays the bills.
2. She believes there are NOT enough ballers. She thinks that she isn’t good enough for him to marry her, call her back, or buy her anything and so on. Then she complains she can’t get a baller. She has sex to “keep” him. On first dates, she always goes back to his place. She doesn’t want to “lose” him. She is ridden with anxiety and insecurity. She is never sure of what she wants. She feels other women get better ballers. She’s never satisfied.
3 . She keeps her trifling, cynical, loud mouth friends who think like she does.
4. (See 3.) They travel in groups of 3 or more everywhere. They call themselves looking out for each other but they instead hold each other back and scare men off. They trail behind the other like gold is coming out their asses. Ballers jump in, jump out.
5. She’s waiting for the baller to give her money to “ball out” at the club. Her world is small. She doesn’t see why she has to spend $300 for the athlete charity gala dinner when she can get to the club before 12 for free and meet a baller. It doesn’t make sense to her. She doesn’t want to spend money on herself, because deep down she feels it’s never going to really happen for her anyway. Thus the cycle continues.
As you can see, it’s really a mental game—the game of life. These chicks may both get their man but only the Alpha Female wins. She will mostly likely go on to build institutions and companies with her ALPHA MALE (aka Hillary and Bill Clinton) It may take a minute to get there, but the reward is great.

I love your blog...but how do you leave your job and spend money to snag a baller? I left my good government job...but it was to fulfill my dreams of owning my own company.
And is there a middle ground? I have some alpha qualities and some chick qualities pertaining to men....(not chick qualities in my professional world.)

- well, this was a strictly informative blog, but leaving a job is up to the particular person. You may have saved, you may be blowing up your cards, you have to decide what strategy is best for me. I changed careers. But I spent money (wasnt always mine...LOL). Middle ground? The Alpha Female def knows how to tone it down for her man because ALPHA MALES dont play...

Since she decided this was something she was going to do, she saved and stacked her cash. Her apt in NYC was already paid for by a suitor when she was in her mid twenties. Her BMW as well. She had her degree and her Series 7 and 63. She just went hard. She has dealt with all the bs that comes along with dealing with men in the league inluding a trifling baby daddy/husband. But this IS what she wanted, her choice. She also has very little friends and no one friend knows everything about her.

Great post! I definitely have Alpha female traits but I sho aint leaving my job to find no BALLER, and once I do snag him I gotta be doing something. Running a charity, or social club, or something. I just cant sit around and play house wife all day, I'll get bored and cheat. LOL
But, I've always been a loner and when me and my girls do go out we always split up. LOL Girl, I'm going to the bathroom BRB! Next thing I know we texting each other like come on girl where you at.

Having many alpha female traits myself and having an older sister who is a CERTIFIED Alpha Female I think many ladies would be better served with a "how to" develop into an Alpha Female blog... because it is a process and much of it has to do with how you think...and how you operate.
