I write down why we aren't together or shouldn't be together and read it during those weak moments.

I do the pros and cons list concerning the individual and read it everytime I think of him.
Meaning right the pros and cons of the relationship and why it is not healthy for me to remain a part of it and understand that it's his lost and in the long run they realize it whether you ever know it or not.

Thanks Boss, I needed this as well. I have been depressed and haven't been doing s*** with myself. I haven't even been online in awhile becaue I really been in a funk. This just reassured me that I am doing the right thing. I love this site.

such great advice.. i put into practice a few of them, like i actually wont answer my phone or talk to him until i feel as if whatever he did to me does not hurt me anymore meaning i am over his sorry ass.
