8 Foods to Put in Your Hair

  • Rating: 0 after 1 vote

If you follow these steps you hair will look like ...........

1. Mayonnaise
Your hips may not need the extra mayo, but your hair sure could use it. The oils leave strands smooth and frizz-free. Simply slather the spread onto dry hair and leave it in for 30 minutes before shampooing.

2. Honey
Got coarse hair? This sweet topping helps soften and moisturize strands. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1/3 cup of olive oil and apply to dry hair. Wash it out after 30 minutes.

3. Avocado
When combined with coconut milk, this buttery fruit helps to seal split ends. First, mix together one mashed avocado with 1 cup of coconut milk. Cover tips of hair with the paste and let sit 15 minutes before washing as usual. It?s a temporary (and tasty!) fix.

4. Apple cider vinegar
We?re bringing shiny back. Just shampoo hair, then rinse it and pour on 1/4 cup of this vinegar. The acids will strip hair of dulling product buildup, so you?re left with glossy locks.

5. Eggs
You can deep-condition pelo with a combination of two eggs and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Work mixture through strands, then leave in for 30 minutes. Rich in protein, eggs help hydrate and repair damaged hair.

6. Cornstarch
Roots looking greasy? Rub some cornstarch into them to absorb oils. ¡Problema resuelto!

7. Rosemary oil
So you had a Britney Spears moment and cut your hair off. Try massaging some rosemary oil into your scalp; it?s been said to stimulate circulation and promote hair growth.

8. Yogurt
If you?ve run out of conditioner, you can use plain, full-fat yogurt instead. Soft, shiny results guaranteed!

.........This.....Entiendes !!!!

Happy Styling

I co-sign eggs, Honey and Mayo.

I would add Olive Oil to the list. I put olive oil on my hair as a pre shampoo treatment to stop it from drying out after washing. It is alos great for keeping the hair black and shiny :)

Some I've heard of, but others I haven't. Good looking out.

I remember all those times as a child. Exactly once a week, my mom would pack my head with Helmans Mayo and have me walking around the house smelling like a fresh turkey sanwich for about an hour. But I had the longest, prettiest hair out of all the little girls I ever knew. I just cut it a year and a half ago.

In addition to your hair, put olive oil on your skin ebfore you shower during harsh winter months. It will protect your skin and seal in moisture :)
