Anthony Mackie Endorses Donald Trump

In today’s “this is why you could never be Tupac” news, actor Anthony Mackie reveals that he is endorsing Donald Trump for president. A collective sigh could be heard across the nation.

While promoting his new film “Our Brand Is Crisis,” Anthony Mackie had a chat with BET.com, where he expressed that he’s totally here for Donald Trump.

“I would 100 percent want to run Trump’s campaign. 100 percent,” he tells BET. “I mean, first that’ll be the best party ever when he won, and second, Trump’s an easy sell… When you look at Trump, he’s an easy sell because you can sell him as the guy who worked his way up from nothing. And I think if you’re a ‘pull yourself up by your bootstraps’ candidate, people would identify with that.”

“I’m on the bandwagon,” he continued. “I’m drinking the Kool-Aid!”

So let me get this straight, Trump started from the “bottom” now he’s here? Now, I don’t claim to know everything about Trump but when exactly did he start from the proverbial bottom? Obviously not the same bottom that black men and women start at. Trump grew up in a 2 story home, the child of a real estate developer and a judge. He attended private school. Who’s bottom is that? He worked at his father’s firm. How exactly is that “working his way up from nothing?” Maybe I missed part of his story, if I did, I stand corrected. And Mr. Mackie, you want him to win because it would be the best “party”? Do you mean a political party or are you referring to a soiree? I refuse to believe you are referring to a social gathering. If that’s the case, I vote for Puff Daddy. His parties are way better.

Someone come get your cousin. The only time he’d ever be invited to a Trump party was to serve the hors d’oeuvres.
