Yesterday, Real Housewives of Atlanta husband Apollo Nida made headlines when he packed a bag and stormed out of he and Phaedra’s home after a blow out fight. Instead of reporting to jail, he went missing. He was scheduled to turn himself in by noon on September 10th but failed to do so. We were tipped off that his deadline may have been pushed back to 8:00pm EST but we waited and waited, and there was no word on Apollo.
Around 3am this morning, Apollo posted a video to his Instagram page saying that he was turning himself in. “Well everyone, I have finally arrived at the penitentiary,” he says in the video, “I’m about to go asunder. Thank you for the support and prayer. Stay tuned and you’ll hear from me shortly.”
Unless by “shortly” Apollo is referring to the tell-all book he was allegedly working on, I wonder if he struck some kind of deal that will have him out of jail in less than 8 years. I guess we will do as he says and stay tuned. Am I the only person wondering where he was until 3am last night?
