Ask A Baller: @Ray_Edwards, What Do Ballers Look For In A Woman?
For our next 'Ask A Baller' feature we have 27 year old Ray Edwards, Defensive End for the Atlanta Falcons. We interviewed him recently so you know we had to squeeze in a couple "Ask A Baller" questions.
Question: What criteria do you seek females based on? How are you going to find "Mrs. Right" with your current status as a professional sports player and know that they are not using you until the ten year mark? (via Skytz0100)
Answer: "I look for just someone who's humble, not judgmental. Down to earth, not into a lot of materialistic things. Someone who just likes to have fun. To answer the second part of the question about making sure she's not using me for the 10 year mark, my aunts and my sisters can usually detect that type of stuff. I'm okay, but I'm not the greatest at it. I'm not going to jump into a marriage. You can definitely tell if she's doing what she's supposed to do, and even if she was trying to do something like that (use until the 10 year mark) they'll realize they got something good and she wouldn't want to lose it"

That's they type of answer you'll get from a 26yr old. That's expected at this time in his life. In 5-10 years his answer will be different. Notice his aunts and sisters are his gold digging radar? gotta get past them. lol Nice to see he has that foundation in his life.

Is the 10 year mark just a CA thing or is it the same state to state? And I get that men trust their female relations more than anyone else, but I'm kinda leery about men who lean heavily on their female relatives to guide their thoughts about their relationship. At some point you have to have built up enough judgment to know what you want and need as a man and what will enrich your life.

All seriousness he say that if she stay with him for the 10 years by then she will probably appreciate what she has. Nooooooo! There are a million beautiful women out there and if you have to settle for one a little bit average to get the real thing, do it. I would rather be with someone I know loves me for real and is in my corner no matta what happen. That be the one your teammates gonna wish they had not the fly gold digger.
