I see Halloween is a few days early again for some people ... She look like someone you see at a halloween party that has a costume  and you just can't figure out what the are ... I am a Nurse and she is what exactly ? Ciara boo ... I was lost after the shirt ... why the pants and those shoes all together ... geessshhh get it together ... She must have thought she was rihanna .. Rihanna is the only one that wear a garbage bag and make it look fab ... as for me i say no hit or misss ... just UGLY
