I think the overall outfit is very nice, however, I hate the bag. If you are going to a red carpet event, carry a clutch. The makeup is great as well. I personally am not a fan of her hair. But overall she looks nice and not tacky.

Miss. Too much going on, just not working well. The hair is too much, her pose is not helping the cropped jacket, and the shoes are the only cute thing.
