Girls with big "girls" need to watch the belted waist look, if not done right you end up looking "off". It's better to either go empire waist or hip belt, either way it elongates your middle. Love the color combo (especially the shoes!)

It's a hot mess of a MISS. I agree about Ciara being able to pull it off. She has definitely lost way too much weight and her hair is atrocious in this pic. That style does NOT work for everyone.
